Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Las Zonas de Reserva Campesina (ZRC) son instrumentos de ordenamiento territorial establecidos en el marco de la Ley 160 de 1994 y reglamentadas por el Decreto 1071 de 2015, modificado y adicionado por el Decreto 1147 de 2024 y del Acuerdo 488 de 2025. Este instrumento de ordenamiento territorial reconoce, protege y promueve la economía campesina y el desarrollo sostenible en los territorios. En el primer punto del Acuerdo de la Habana, sobre la Reforma Rural Integral (RRI), las ZRC juegan un papel central para la transformación estructural del campo.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Se entienden a las Zonas de Reserva Campesina como un movimiento socio-territorial, las cuales tienen en cuenta una apropiación material y simbólica del espacio geográfico, que pueden o no, coincidir con las formas estatales actuales.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Información actualizada Agosto 28 de 2025</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
