Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Desde 2005 la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle del Cauca (CVC), ha venido fortaleciendo su labor en la ordenación de las cuencas hidrográficas localizadas en el área de su jurisdicción según la normatividad vigente, en cumplimiento de una serie de pasos secuenciales siguiendo lo dispuesto en la Resolución 104 de 2003, expedida por el Instituto de Hidrología, Meteorología y Estudios Ambientales (IDEAM), y realizando el ejercicio de clasificación y priorización de cuencas hidrográficas con base en un sistema de indicadores de presión - estado - respuesta. De conformidad con lo establecido en el Decreto 1729 de 2002, la CVC llevo a cabo la formulación de varios Planes de Ordenación y Manejo de Cuencas Hidrográficas (POMCH).Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de la Cuenca Hidrográfica del Río </SPAN><SPAN>Guabas </SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Convenio Interadministrativo No. 035 de 2006 con la Asociación de Usuarios de la Cuenca Hidrográfica del río Guabas – ASOGUABAS. Adoptado por la Resolución CVC 0100 No. 0520-0743-2009, </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN STYLE="font-style:italic;"><SPAN>“Por medio de la cual se aprueba el Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de la Cuenca Hidrográfica del río Guabas y se toman otras determinaciones</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN>”.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
