Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;font-size:12pt"><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:667 0 667 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>El Plan de Ordenación y Manejo de cuencas Hidrográficas POMCAS es el instrumento a través del cual se realiza la planeación y uso coordinado del suelo, de las aguas, de la flora y de la fauna y el manejo de la cuenca entendido como la ejecución de obras y tratamientos, con el fin de mantener el equilibrio entre el aprovechamiento social y económico de los recursos y la conservación de la estructura físico-biótica de la cuenca y particularmente del recurso hídrico. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:667 0 667 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>El Modelo de ordenación de la Cuenca Hidrográfica es el resultado de la aplicación metodológica de las fases de: Aprestamiento, Diagnóstico, Prospectiva y zonificación ambiental y Formulación. En la Fase de Prospectiva y Zonificación Ambiental se diseñan los escenarios futuros del uso coordinado y sostenible del suelo, de las aguas, de la flora y de la fauna presente de la cuenca, y se define, el modelo de ordenación de la cuenca, con base en el cual se formula el Plan de Ordenación y Manejo correspondiente, en un horizonte no menor a diez años.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="font-size:16ptmargin:667 0 667 0;"><SPAN>En la Zonificación Ambiental se indica la ubicación de ecosistemas estratégicos tales como: Áreas del SINAP, ACC, AIA, AREy ASP además de las áreas susceptibles a inundaciones, movimientos en masa, conflicto por uso de la tierra y conflicto por pérdida de la cobertura vegetal.</SPAN></P></DIV>
